PART TIME POSITION: Part Time Housekeeper Needed in Santa Monica Monday-Friday

Wonderful Return Family of 4 in Santa Monica is seeking a kind, efficient, and highly organized part-time housekeeper for their family Monday-Friday 8am-12pm. Their home is 6500 square feet. A couple of times a month, cleaning will be conducted at another family residence but also in Santa Monica
DUTIES:
Maintain a neat house, including cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, indoor and outdoor living areas, and garage
Clean the dishes, including running and emptying the dishwasher and washing pots and pans
Wash, fold, and iron laundry and linens, including daily laundry for baby and preschooler
Open packages and break down boxes for recycling
Take the trash out and bring bins to and from the street on pickup days
Water household plants
Track household supplies to ensure items are restocked as needed
Conduct light meal prep (e.g., steamed vegetables for the children’s’ meals)
Wash interior windows
Run errands, including returning packages and dry cleaning

Comfortable with being given instructions on how to do things differently
Flexible and aware - you can adjust your plans when needed, like being quiet when kids are napping and ensuring that the family enjoys full use of the spaces they are in without interruption
LOCATION: Santa Monica, CA
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 8am-12pm
RATE: $40-$50/hr plus two weeks vacation per year, major holidays off

REQUIREMENTS
Be up to date on all vaccinations requested by the family, including TDAP, MMR, annual flu and COVID shots, and willing to get Hepatitis A)
